Comprised solely of pre-qualified, senior-level professionals, the group develops innovative approaches to crack the job market.

“Given today’s tough economy, executives need to find ways to stand out in the crowd,” said Lois Racich, co-founder of the group, and an IT manager laid off when her company was purchased by a German firm. The project is modeled after a similar group in New York, which garnered national publicity, and achieved an outstanding record of success with over 10% of members returned to work in the first 3 months.
